Project: WTC Tower II (WTC2), New York, New York            

Architect: Bjarke Ingels Group  

Structural Engineer: WSP Group

WTC Tower II, Second tallest of World Trade Center Towers, 80+ Stories / 1,270 feet tall, 2.8 million square feet office space  - The PAN’s Founder, Peyman Askarinejad was part of World Trade Center Development when he was as Vice President with WSP group. Peyman role was leading the Structural Design team and managed the project from concept stage all the way through the design development (DD) and construction documentation (CD) design completion.

Project: The Spiral Tower (66HY), New York, New York    

Architect: Bjarke Ingels Group  

Structural Engineer: WSP Group

The Spiral Tower, 2.85 million square feet of office space, expected to cost $3.7 billion - The PAN’s Founder, Peyman Askarinejad was part of design team when he was as Vice President with WSP group. Peyman role was leading the Structural Design team and managed the project during the schematic and design development stage of the project.

Project: Lakhta Tower, Saint Petersburg, Russia

Architect Firms: RMJM (until 2011), Gorproject

Structural Engineer: Gorproject, Inforceproject

​Lakhta Tower, 163,000 sqm (1.7 million sq ft) of office space, 462 m (1,516 ft), cost $1.77 billion - The PAN’s Founder, Peyman Askarinejad was part of Design&Build of project with Arabtec, from early day when the project born as Okhta Tower then changed to Lakhta Tower. Peyman was as Technical Director developed the design and construction documentation until 2014, and left the project after completion of deep basements (3 levels) and pile foundation. Peyman role was leading the Design and Construction team within years, 2010-2014.

Project: East 34th Tower, New York, New York  

Architect: MAD Architects  

Structural Engineer: WSP Group

​The East 34th skyscraper, 232 meters (761 feet) tall and slender, residential plus commercial retail at the ground level,  on a plot next to the Empire State Building - The PAN’s Founder, Peyman Askarinejad was part of design team when he was as Vice President with WSP group. Peyman role was leading the Structural Design and managed the project design from the concept up to the design development stage completion.

Project: The Royal Atlantis, Dubai, UAE  

Architect: KPF

Structural Engineer: WSP Group

Civic + Cultural, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Residential, with total space area of 193,600 m2 / 2,083,600 ft2, located on the crescent of the Palm in Dubai. The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences introduces a new generation of distinctive luxury residential apartments and hotels. PAN’s Founder, Peyman Askarinejad was part of design team when he was as Vice President with WSP group. Peyman role was leading the Structural Design team in various stage of the project.

Project: The Pace Gallery, New York, New York

Structural Engineer: WSP Group

The Pace new flagship location, encompassing 75,000 square feet (6,968 square meters), the building contains galleries, storage, a library and event space - PAN’s Founder, Peyman Askarinejad was involved in design and construction when he was as Vice President with WSP group. Peyman role was leading the Structural Design, from concept design stage up to the construction documentation (CD) stage of the project completion.
